Mousse: 1 cup vegan chocolate, chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon Ganoderma lucidum mushroom powder⅔ cup vegan milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon maple syrup, taste ½ cup coconut yogurt for consumption Cocoa preserves: ¾ cup cocoa nibs , Bake 2 tablespoons maple syrup ½ teaspoon salt 

Cherry compote: 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries and 1 tablespoon maple syrup
